Killing Two Birds with One Stone!

So one thing I love to do is keep up with my shows on , however that is not the healthiest activity... duh! So now I am trying something new... I am doing the 5 minute workouts available at  They are easy, and can be done while watching TV.  Not to mention they fit my attention span. Seriously - one of the reasons I don't like to work out is that it bores me!  haha
